Services
Life is busy and I make it as convenient as possible for you to succeed. No need to travel as all our coaching sessions take place online or over phone (that's up to you). I believe movement is Life and also offer a Walking Coaching Session if you live close enough. Don't worry if you're not tech-savvy; we will help you get things up and running.
Video Call Coaching Session
Meet your coach via what's app video call, zoom or Facebook Messenger. It's an easy and time saving way to connect and create a safe coaching space.

Phone Call Coaching Session
Sometimes life can get just too busy but there is no reason to procrastinate on your goals! A coaching phone call session can be as effective as a video call, and sometimes suits even better for someone who is visually easily distracted.

Walking Coaching Session
If you live close to Wellington or around the Lower Hutt area. I offer a Walking Coaching Session. Our face-to-face consultation during that session takes place outdoors, as a walking/talking coaching session. We usually find a nice location that works well for both of us.

Natural Hormone Balance Program
A 8 weeks Peri-/menopause hormone program tailored to your specific needs with exercise, nutrients and life style recommendations, including mind set tools.

Whatever your personal diet preference is I will support and coach you to lose stubborn peri-/menopause weight. I personally have experiences and in depth knowledge about Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Plant based whole Foods and raw vegan, as well as am I trained by New Zealand Menopause Expert Dr. Wendy Sweet in the modified Menopause Mediterranean diet.

Extra Services
Additionally to my normal coaching sessions my clients found the following extra services very helpful to keep on track of their goals.

Check ins
I offer weekly short check ins for ongoing support via phone calls or video calls for a duration of 10 minutes at a time.
It can be very helpful and life changing to have that extra accountability.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy
There is nothing better than receiving a relaxing massage when the body aches from stress and tensions.
I offer Therapeutic Massage Sessions on a Tuesday afternoon at the Women's Centre in Lower Hutt. Message me on 0226988090 to book in.

Resources
I will provide you with a range of resources that are relevant to you and will help you reach your goals. These could be weekly planners, food or gratitude journals, app recommendations, newest research papers relevant to your health conditions, exercise handouts and other resources.

Body Doubling
Body doubling is a productivity strategy well known within the ADHD community. The notion behind the strategy is that the presence of another person improves your ability to focus. This nearby person is the "body double", a term coined by Linda Anderson following her experience with ADHD clients. And it works! Not only for people with ADHD symptoms but also for anyone else who needs that extra accountability to get things done! It is a very effective and easy way to make sure no procrastination like scrolling on your phone is holding you back from achieving your goals!
The sessions are usually 20-30 minutes long and done via video call through what's app or messenger video call.
